The newspaper The Sunday Express and journalist James Murray who got it right in June when others were just printing Pinewood Board PR, has got it right again. Short, sweet, crisp, accurate.

We can now add add that Pinewood Shepperton PLC Board will be hearing from people with West Midland accents this week ,  although perhaps unofficially until Gisela Stuart MP returns from Washington.

The rest is best left to them to reveal as and when they choose to the media.

Gisela Stuart MP will be contacting the real power behind Pinewood Shepperton, the real person who says YES and NO ; again we think best not to say more.

This is now a straight business negotiation and a political lobbying  operation which is well prepared and ready to go.

The West Midlands is sedulous in these matters.

This is the vital first step in getting a minimum 15 acre film studio akin to Elstree in capacity (Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Big Brother, Dancing on Ice) in each county in The UK…..preferably all carrying the Pinewood Studios Brand.

Every possible film set from every era and every country you could need to film a movie in one country.

When a Czech producer, or Brazilian financier, or Khazak, or Swede  wants to make a movie   in their language and stars with say a Jason Bourne, Indiana Jones, James Bond, Mission Impossible, Gladiator calibre of sets and special effects and post-production, THEN it can be made in Britain on budgets you can afford. Their TV can be much higher calibre production while keeping to their budgets.

Hollywood can make much bigger films and TV  on their budgets, and much better profit margins.

Three cheers for Gisela Stuart !
