We await with eagerness the moment that the great Christopher Booker turns his attention to The Pinewood Studios situation and the defence of the greenbelts in The South East of England. It can not be long now.
Once the scrutiny of a Christopher Booker, Dr Richard North, or Peter Hitchens is brought to bear, the facts will quickly get into the public and the majority of politicians get adequately briefed.

Indeed Christopher Booker and Dr Richard North’s book should be read by everyone before reading one word from Pinewood Studios on the need to expand on greenbelt land in South Bucks for climate change reasons. The 1400 houses (originally 2800) on sacrosanct greenbelt land and the £500 million for a company valued last Friday by the Stock Market at £56 million is not the reason. Of course it is not.
It is so green to ignore brownfield lands in the regions, especially ex-industrial land in the West Midlands, while destroying the very little green left in the South East.
Actually if Pinewood Shepperton PLC do appeal the failure to get planning permission on greenbelt land in iver Heath, South Bucks THEN the Inspector should call Christopher Booker and Dr Richard North as honest broker expert witnesses…….but only if you can cope with hearing truth.
