Film makers can not complain that they do not live in fascinating times. The evening News is often ready made urgent heavyweight material.  The challenge as in the 1930s and 40s is to either deal with real substantial relevant material and mix in hope, faith and love OR to make excellent escapist material such as ‘Laurel and Hardy’ or ‘Captain Peter Blood’,  ’Zorro’, ‘Robin of Sherwood’ and ‘Gone With The Wind’.

It is also amazing how quickly most national Government leaders in Europe and The West have lost all interest in putting their nations first and prefer to join an elite political class not loyal to any independent nation.

The glaring exceptions are the leaders in China, Russia and Israel. The leaders there passionately care for the survival of their nations, the prosperity of their nations, the interests of their nations.

President Putin has received a massively unjust press coverage in Europe because he will not bow the knee of his national to global transnational corporatist elites.  It is a shame the International Inspectors do not monitor votes in the UK far more closely, perhaps starting in Birmingham.

It would be wonderful if Putin now supported Israel’s right to exist and defend itself. It would be wonderful if Putin now decided to press Iran to back down on its nuclear weapon programme or else give Israel moral support in its fight for survival . Such a possibility is no more unlikely than that President Obama will continue The US support for Israel. President Obama can not disguise his irrational hatred of Israel and will only support Israel if it is essential for his re-election. President Obama continues to waive every six months the Houses of Congress vote to move the US Embassy in Israel to Jerusalem.

The Bible tells people to ‘pray for the peace and prosperity of Jerusalem’ and are promised God will bless the people who do so (Psalm 122 verse 6).

In Genesis 12 verse 3 God said to Abraham and his seed through Isaac and Jacob renamed Israel, ‘I will bless those who bless you. I will curse those who curse you’.

The correlation between any Government in any country supporting Israel and being tangibly blessed within 24 hours is staggering. The correlation between opposing Israel and being tangibly cursed (oil spills, military disasters, earthquakes, hurricanes, Stock Market crashes etc) within 24 hours is terrifying.

This intensifies regarding people trying to divide Jerusalem.

The USA was the first nation to recognise Israel had returned to its ancient land in 1948 and was blessed beyond any nation in history. The slide in US fortunes has coincided with this support turning towards indifference and even hostility.

Any individual, family, company, nation, union, charity can choose to bless or curse Israel and oppose an undivided Jerusalem. Empirical evidence and knowledge of even recent history suggests that the wise course is to bless Israel and defend an undivided Jerusalem as its Capital.

President Obama has been a hopeless President, a huge disappointment to the people who voted for him. But his fortunes can be revived by defending Israel and getting the US blessed. Sadly it looks like Obama will miss the chance and the bad news concerning the USA will accelerate.

It would be wonderful if the UK Government would step in and help Israel defend itself, but again it is not easy to forsee this happening.

There are more than enough scandals to bring down Obama within 24 hours and every Cabinet Minister including the PM. They are blessed everyday they are in office in that  they have not yet come out or struck home.

God bless Israel and God bless Jerusalem.

God bless everyone who prays for Israel and Jerusalem. You are in fact really praying for yourself, your family and your nation.
